When are you open?

We are open 24 hours a day - 7 days a week - 365 days 

How much is the delivery charge?

Depends on area of delivery ranging from KWD 0.000 To KWD 23.000. 

Do you deliver to my area?

We deliver to all areas in Kuwait.

How can I re-order products I previously ordered?

Simple! login with your email and passwords then click My Account page. You will see a list of all your previous orders - simply click re-order on the order you want. If you wish to edit the order, then proceed to the cart page. 

When will you deliver my order?

You can select a delivery time during your checkout process. Otherwise, it will be delivered one hour prior your booking time though we conceder the time of day, the traffic level we are facing and your location.   

Is shopping on OPENFLICK secure?

When you order anything from us your order is made over a secure connection via an SSL (Secure Socket Layer). This means that all the personal information you enter will be encrypted so it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet. Encryption is used on all pages within the buying process, making shopping on OPENFLICK as safe as possible. 

Is my Creditcard/Knet information safe?

In compliance with the highest industry standards, we do not take nor save any of your credit card or knet information on our servers.  

When you make a payment through Knet, you will be directed through a secure connection to the Knet page. Knet will then process the payment and will only send us back a confirmation of the payment. This way, your data will never leave the Knet page. 

Do I have to be home when the order is delivered?

No, just someone to accept and sign for the order. 

What if my order is missing a product?

We are sorry for this inconvenience. Please call our Customer Service line +965-90935425 and we will do everything we can to make up for our mistake. 

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay online using:

  • Knet

or on delivery using:

  • Cash
  • Knet

How can I check if OPENFLICK received my order? 

Go to My Account and click on Order Status to see if your order was routed successfully or not. You can also contact us and inquire about your order status. 

Are there special promotions on your website?

Yes. You can check the PROMOTIONS tab located at the home page for latest promotions. 

Can I make an order without registering with an account?

Yes you can. The purpose of this service is to give a chance to all newcomers to test our service and experience its simplicity, efficiency and reliability. 

Can I cancel my order? (i.e. for late orders, missing items, wrong item, and delay in delivery.)

Yes, you can cancel your order (either pay on cash or K-NET) within 5 minutes of placing your orders. If your order was late for more than 20 minutes beyond the delivery promise time, you can also cancel your order. For K-NET orders please read our K-NET and credit cards Terms and Conditions. 

How long does the K-NET/Credit Card refund process take?

The customer refund procedure might take two working days to process on the K-NET payment gateway, and then the customer has to follow on with his bank in case of any delay in crediting his account back with the amount previously paid by him. We will be sending an email to the customer that contains a printout of the refund advice printed from K-NET payment gateway as reference in case the customer wants to revise the bank with.
